Definitely have noticed it in Lincoln, Neb. My phone appears ok but several of my coworkers have had theirs bouncing to SOS and back. All is good here in Los Angeles, although I am located very close to an LAPD precinct with a cell tower on site, which could have a different strategy for redundancy, or just not impacted with their normal customer redundancy.
