Based on what I'm seeing myself as well as on reddit, it sounds like the YouTube homepage is down globally. YouTube TV also appears to be having problems. I've seen some users report that Gmail is broken but it continues to work fine for me, as well as YouTube Music and Google Messages. The Google Cloud Platform status page is currently all green and has been throughout the outage.
