Well, I'm now seeing the same exact not-found from ebay, on interior pages *with the exact same Apache identifier*, so I'm blaming Sprint, whose 4G I'm using. Though I'm not supposed to be using their proxy. Maybe it's called lawful interception :) Just setup is not done well.
