[outages] singtel packet loss

Seeing some odd routing and packet loss from UK->Australia around the Singtel relays as you go across from LAX. also this shows singtel problems for while (so not sure accurate this is) http://www.internettrafficreport.com/asia.htm Been since around midnight GMT but oddly works fine for 1 subnet and problematic for another on the same AS in Australia (AS12477) -- Martin Hepworth Oxford, UK
