It looks like it may just be their web services. Their DNS servers are resolving and are reachable but their web servers aren't. Both traceroute through the same core3.sjc2 device.

FWIW, my IP Transit via Hurricane Electric AS6939 appears to be stable. However, the he.net web services in Fremont don't appear to be online and blackhole behind core6.fmt2.he.net
