This is through a SIP trunk on our softswitch, and out through CenturyLink. As Pete stated, it's in the opposite direction from his issues.

Logs on the phone systems show no issues, and nothing that would suggest our equipment is at fault. Does anyone know of an outage ongoing that may be at fault?
