Trying to be brief on the main list, but heard from a VoIP provider impacted by this that the routes Cloudflare was supposed to advertise on their behalf just kept going away, so if you're impacted and you're running services through this "advanced" DDoS protection, I guess that's something to look at - see if your prefixes are visible in a few looking glasses...
