[outages] Spectrum Outage

Does anyone know what is going on with the Spectrum outage, Avon/Indianapolis Indiana area, no phones or internet, cannot get through to tech support, all they have is a pre recorded message about the outage. Seems like every week this location goes down for hours at a time. And unfortunaly in this area, Spectrum is the only one who services this area.
