I believe that Allstream (just purchased by Zayo) owns the submarine cable between Vancouver and Seattle. The submarine cable was cut two years ago and it took over a week to repair. On Wed, Nov 25, 2015, at 02:19 PM, Hugo Slabbert via Outages wrote:
