Frontier SoCal seems to be having issues for at least the last day or two so far: https://www.reddit.com/r/frontierfios/comments/17aa855/socal_google_services... I can confirm >10% loss to various networks (including Google) at my house in SoCal via Frontier fiber. -Rohan
