[outages] IPv6 HE tunnel BGP down ???

My BGP session to HE for IPv6 has bounced twice in the last few minutes. It's been stable for years, so something is going on. Traceroutes to the IPv4 tunnel destination get from lightpath to HE, but appear to get lost in HE.
