The "good" news is it they must have a backup/protect ring as I have been able to ping our device but with 300+ms ping times and 50% or more packet loss but bad enough its more or less down. Latest update: Information Update: This is Windstream emailing the latest status of this fiber cut. The splice crew has arrived onsite and will begin splicing shortly.
