[outages] Cogent London Issues?

Hi all, Anyone having issues with traffic going via Cogent in the London area? I had a 17min outage on a peering we have with them at 0100 gmt so we've shifted our traffic. I've had the dc look at it and doesn't appear to be a physical issue but still early! Regards, Ashley
