[outages] Comcast Metro-E NOC Offline

I just called in to check on overnight trouble on one of our Fiber Metro-E Circuits, and was told that the entire NOC Computer system was down, and they couldn't do anything. They're supposed to call me back 'when we get back online' (No ETA). Nate
