[outages] Phonoscope (Houston TX) Internet outage

Our Phonoscope Internet connection has been down for approximately an hour, although our MAN connection is still up. I'm guessing that this is a citywide problem, as their NOC number has been ring-no-answer every time I've tried to call. -- William S. Duncanson caesar@starkreality.com
