We lost touch with a customer remote site in Tampa on a Brighthouse connection (24.227.73.170) about 25 minutes ago. Calls to Brighthouse are returning fast busies, the Brighthouse.com site is a mess from where we're looking and we see nothing past what appears to be a Brighthouse edge router in the Tampa area.
Yeah, they had an outage this morning for 30-45 minutes, around noon; I've heard murmurs about an equipment outage in Auburndale (which is apparently their CFL hub, for unobvious reasons).
