[outages] Windstream outage due to fire in Chicago?

We have T1 circuits (from XO) in Chicago that have been down since around 06:30am CT on February 11th. Just learned that the LEC (Windstream/Paetec) is claiming this is a "widespread" outage related to their Cable network, precipitated by a facility fire. The rub is that Windstream refuses to provide an ETA or master ticket number. ;-( Anyone with a direct Windstream relationship have details? Perhaps an ETA? -Joel
