[outages] AT&T Outages in TX, NE, IL, etc.

I am seeing 50% or greater packet loss across wireline (DSL/broadband) services and AT&T wireless services across multiple circuits in TX, NE, OH, and IL. Are others seeing any similar behavior? I am seeing reports across hundreds of locations. Thanks! -Raymond
