We're seeing intermittent 20 second post-dial delay and occasional dropped calls outbound through Dash/Inetwork/Bandwidth, starting 30 minutes ago. We just moved outbound away from them. All issues we were seeing with one-way audio on outbound calls have cleared up. No new reports today.
I cannot say if people who have numbers from Bandwidth in the affected geographic areas have working numbers again yet..
