We’re getting a large volume of traffic identified nature of address as International with an originating number of 14181………. Or 4181……. I know that’s an international code but we’re finding Sprint originating numbers are being replaced with the 1418/418 numbers.
It would seem the calls are being manipulated by an underlying carrier to obscure the rating of the calls. Many of the calls fail from the orig. side as they ingress our network or are of poor call quality but the originating number is most troublesome.
I don’t know that this is isolated to Sprint, I can however identify some of the traffic as Sprint originations.
