Hey everyone, There is currently a major incident at Bell with a transport/wavelength being impacted. We believe that Allstream/Zayo is impacted by the link failure and by a side effect, their SIP/Telephony platform is currently experiencing severe issues. Looks like it’s limited to Zayo. We CICd a Toll Free number to another carrier to test and it’s able to receive calls now. No update from Zayo/Allstream SIP team.

I am able to reach 514 area code numbers via Iristel trunks, and do not have any customer reports at this time for 514 numbers unable to be reached.
