
I haven’t bothered reaching out to their NOC for details but it seems to be all inbound calls to Time Warner/Spectrum customers that we’ve noticed since around 7am EST today, even from/to their own customers. At least in central New York state anyway, can’t complete to them from any carrier we tried. Down Detector looks like people all over the Northeast US are complaining about it being down.
