[outages] Southeast US (Fiber Outage between Bremen and Carrollton Georgia)

Evening - Any SP aware of a maintenance event taking place between Bremen Georgia and Carrollton Georgia, affecting multiple 10G circuits on our network as well as Earthlink and a few other carriers to include Google's primary in/out of Atlanta? Licensed to us as "ring protected", however, as a result of this outage, come to find out this appears to be configured as a collapsed ring.
