[outages] Houston Level 3

FYI for anyone. We cannot connect to Houston from Atlanta. From a Houston firewall no destination is reachable and Level3 team says they have a ring node down. To whom it may concern, We have our cisco switch 3400 ring node down and it is being worked by our Network assurance team on ticket 11451603<tel:11451603>.
