Anecdotally this appears to have caused intermittent problems to complete outages for:
* Gmail * Youtube * Google's public DNS (8.8.8.8) * Google products like Nest * Non-google sites apparently hosted in Google's cloud products such as Snapchat, Vimeo, etc.
