[outages] Level3 between Atlanta and Las Vegas

We lost a Level3 10G wave between Atlanta and Las Vegas around 21:32 UTC. Atlanta side still had light, but Vegas dropped RX light. Seems like it might be something a bit wider as Level3's response was:

Your circuit has been related to a higher level outage. We have engaged our internal teams for resolution of this issue. A new update will be available within the next hour. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
