Looks like the entire registrar they use is down (have to admit, first time I've gotten an NXDOMAIN for the homepage of a DNS registrar): https://registrarsafe.com/ Also looks like the entire registrar is owned by facebook, ha. http://dotweekly.com/facebook-moves-8-5m-fb-com-domain-to-self-own-registrar...
