- from my fios (Frontier) connection in the Tampa area I had a ton of packet loss into a VPS on Vultr in NJ - in NYC via Pilot, I saw sonicwall devices fail over due to not being able to reach Sonicwall's monitoring IP
I get the Sonicwall issue as that's probably directly in the east to west coast path, but I guess the FL to NJ is just that Cogent is running things so close to the limit that whatever traffic was taking an alternate path overloaded that path?
Anyhow, yeah, Cogent. Kind of surprised they're still around. Is there still an IPv6 partition with them?
