Steve Gibson hosts a popular security podcast called "Security Now" (https://twit.tv/sn). It's likely that there's significant crossover between the listeners of his podcast and the membership of this list. His website suffered a severe DDOS a few months ago, so unless we hear otherwise chances are good that it's another DDOS.
