
At this time crews are successfully excavated one end of the fiber cable and this side is being prepped for testing, with splicing to follow. The other end of the cable is still located underground and crews are working to excavate. There is no ETA on the splicing for this end of the cable. We currently do not have an estimated time to restoration (ETR).
