I've got a Level3 wave service from NY to KC that's been down for over 5 hours now, they are reporting a power issue in Cleveland, OH. Not sure how far reaching this impact is or if others are seeing issues as well.
They've got vendors on site now apparently diagnosing the issue, no ETA for repairs.
