This appears to be part of a larger act of intentional sabotage: "We have just been advised that crews have been removed from the area while law enforcement investigates the damage, which was caused by vandalism. Three enclosures were damaged impacting three different carriers. There is no time given for when they will be allowed to begin work again, subsequently, there is still no ETR. "
