[outages] Prolexic Issues

It seems Akamai Prolexic has been having issues since 9:19 ET and they cannot see the issues themselves (they have typically provided poor understanding of their own internal issues). Chase, Citi, and several other financial institutions are currently being hit according to downdetector and some of our own internal Thousand Eyes monitoring. Anyone experiencing similar issues?
