Friends of mine in Sault Ste Marie, MI have been seeing this for a few days now, off and on. I tried to assist in tracking it down with an ingress mtr, but all of Charter's routers don't respond to ICMP echo, so it's impossible for me to determine. Is anyone else experiencing 20% or greater packet loss on their Charter connection or is it just local to my area? Coworkers have already confirmed it's not just me. We're in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
