[outages] Windstream fiber cut(s) between Wilmington and Philly?

We had some fiber go down yesterday at 3:33PMEDT. Last I heard from Windstream (was City Signal, Cavalier, Paetec, now Windstream) was a cut in "Delaware" and a tech en route to shoot with a 6:15PM ETA. This was at 5:30PM and I haven't heard anything since. Support seems to be in infinite hold mode. I know there's a lot going on but has anyone here been in touch with Windstream regarding cuts in the area? -Mike
