This link was restored last night around 9 pm and they closed the ticked a few hours later. Evidently a fiber cut due to some idiot(s) looking for copper. Tech said they had to do 3 splices. Their AI Support Chatbot indicates its a 'known' issue and they were working on it.
Interestingly a couple customers are reporting phone issues on their frontier VOIP service.
Not sure if that is related.
