[outages] GoDaddy secureserver.net SMTP broke?

For several hours now, I have been getting connections refused, connection timeouts, and the occasional "421 #4.4.5 Too many connections to this host." for SMTP connections to smtp.secureserver.net and mailstore1.secureserver.net. Is anybody else seeing this?
