Zayo's NOC is reporting that there is a fiber cut in Roll, AZ. The fiber belongs to a third-party vendor of theirs who is dispatching splicing crews to repair. Master ticket# is 703932. On Wed, 13 May 2015, Ryan Gelobter via Outages wrote:
