[outages] Unwired LTD ISP down in San Francisco and larger Bay Area

Unwired seems to be having problems throughout the Bay Area right now. Their support is able to receive calls but unable to hear. They told me that there is an outage due to an upstream provider which they are attempting to fix. No ETOR.
