[outages] WOW Widespread Outage in Charleston SC Area

Hi, About 30 minutes ago, lost internet connectivity via WOW. While on phone with tech support, they received a report from NetOps that a large portion of their network in the Charleston, SC area was not reachable. No ETTR.
