if it follows how it when I was at VZW, will be a giant conference call, techies from most departments even remotely involved, then management up to the VP (or above) level, then techies get to sit on their hands while its a giant finger pointing fest by the higher ups, yelling at each other, nothing getting accomplished, while the techies try to message eachother and find the real root cause. even once the root cause is found, the yelling will continue as to who's part of the org deserves "blame". seemed to happen like clockwork on any major outage. (big caveat: this was over a decade ago now).
