[outages] VZ in western suburbs of Philadelphia

I've lost some VZB circuits between downtown Philadelphia and Malvern, PA. I mention only because VZ has correlated my woes to a higher-level outage (with no details....) and I'm hearing persistent tales that VZW service is also gone in the western suburbs of Philadelphia.
