[outages] Qwest/Centurylink Outage in East TX

We have a T1 down in West LA, called century link and the NOC person told me she has had a flood of calls(sounded like she was alone) and it looks like a core router is down in the area. She had alerted the backbone team. This is east of Dallas by a ways but I'm not sure how large of an area this router served.
