2:27 PM PT - Service is still down. Comcast representative I talked to could not find any detailed information about case status other than it's a large facility related trouble. I have a Comcast BCI circuit (coax service) in downtown Stockton, CA that is down hard. Comcast reports it's due to power failure at one of their facilities (the area had some heavy winds/rain overnight). The master ticket number is CR948935828.
