[outages] Verizon to Comcast Routing Issue - East Coast

Anyone else noticing issues with connections from Verizon to Comcast and Vice Versa? On the East Coast and seeing issues across some of our customers VPNing from Comcast homes to Verizon offices, and same the other way.
