[outages] qwest issues from seattle?

Anyone else having any problems with qwest(AS209) today? Their BGP session has bounced twice in the past half hour, and has been down now for about 15 minutes. We're peered with them at 1914 3rd ave, (securities and exchange building- next to the westin) in seattle. Anyone in the westin having similar issues?
