[outages] CLINK Outage PNW

Good Evening, Around 1745PDT we lost a couple of Centurylink Circuits in the greater Seattle area. Also saw a peer on the Seattle IX go down about the same time. Anyone aware of CLINK and or larger fiber issues in Washington? v/r, Caleb
