Any other operator seeing a massive AT&T metro-ethernet outage in the Atlanta territory? Appears to have started at roughly 11:50AM with partial recovery at 12:15PM and back out of service at 12:16:15PM. We are also being informed that this has affected some national broadcast video traffic (IP) transport as well.
