I was definitely seeing it this morning, had a few customers unable to reach a certain vendor due to DNS not responding and my own Reddit browsing was unreliable, but it cleared up and has been solid since a bit after 9:00 Eastern. Same behavior seen up to Boston. Some of our internal health checks actually picked it up around 7:30AM EDT
