Fiber cut Cleveland area. They are in the process of splicing the fiber.
Some metro traffic is starting to restore. Long haul traffic is still down.
No ETR.

We got this update from our upstream who uses XO We can confirm that it was a fiber cut between Illinois and Ohio. Splicing crews are onsite and are pulling slack. Splicing will begin as soon as they can and there is no ETR at this time
